DO TO COVID-19 we continue to implement additional policies.

We put safety first so we have chosen to continue to wear and require masks inside our salon spaces because not all employees are vaccinated and we have no way of knowing which clients entering the business aren’t vaccinated at this time.  Salons across our state await the word from Cal-OSHA, State Board, and our county.  Until we know more from the governing entities and them updating their sites.  As a small business, we continue to experience immense pressure from both sides on the mask issue, so please be gentle with our team as we are maneuvering this in the best manner possible.  Thank you for your support and understanding.

  • If you or some one in your household members have Covid-19 symptoms or have Covid-19  virus please reschedule.

  • Must complete a Covid-19 screening. 

  • We prefer a face mask that loops around the ears to perform a proper hair service.

  •  We are not responsible for face mask stains or damages.

  • Body temperature cannot be over 99.

  • Face mask must cover your nose and mouth at all times during  your visit at Erin Milan Salon & Spa.

  • Must have an appointment  to be serviced.  

  • No drinks or food are allowed during your visit.

  • No companionship must come alone.

  • Bring minimum items like phone, form of payment, cell phone and keys.

  • We don't have a waiting area.

  • In order to give you the best possible service, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. There are some treatments that require consultations and pre-screening and in a few instances, a medical release form. 

  • All appointment requires a credit card deposit or a gift card number to schedule a services. 

  • You will be charged 50% of the total service & payment is non-refundable if you cancel or no-show with less than 24 hr notice.  

  • In order to provide you with the best service during your treatments, please make arrangements for child care prior to your appointment.

  • Children receiving treatments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and will sign a consent form upon check-in. 

  • Prices are subject to change.

  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, Debit, Apple pay and Gift Cards and their is No refunds.

  • All make up, hair extensions, jewelry, skin products and services are final sale. 

  • NO refunds on any service however your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections.

  • Color corrections and lightening hair could take more than one visit.  Each visit is charged separate,  the price is based on the amount hair, length of hair, hours spend on the hair and amount of product used to perform the proper service.   

  • All other returns must be within 14 days of purchase date with a 20% restocking fee.

  • Must have Gift Card present to be redeem, if lost we are not liable.

  • We have the right to refuse service to any one.
